Problems

Sometimes, in life we stumble upon many obstacles, or as we prefer to call it, "problems". Problems can come from anywhere, in every aspect of our lives, from the day we were born, till the day we die. Problems will always come and go, no matter how much we try to avoid it. Well, I can't name each and every problem that you have, but the point is, we all experience them. Often times, problems that come in our lives tend to creep into our mind and dominate our thoughts, and makes us depressed.
We should all view problems as obstacles, not just "problems". They're just a stepping stone to shape you into a better person than you were before. Heavy problems can also lead to stressful situations. Try not to take it too seriously, otherwise you'll end up in depression. When this happens, take a deep breath and reflect; view your problem with a clear mind. Don't let your problems affect your physical and mental health, because everyone's life is worth it. Cry if you feel like it, but after that wipe your tears away and fight back. Look at things from the positive side. Be grateful with what you still have, and realize there are lots of people out there that might not be as lucky as you.
